General Information

Fragmented Flowers operates on a print-on-demand basis.
Each product is made specifically for your order once it is placed.

This production model allows us to work intentionally, avoid overproduction, and reduce unnecessary waste.

Because items are produced individually, certain return limitations apply.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Color preference

  • Change of mind

  • Personal taste

Please review product descriptions, size guides, and product details carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Your order number

  • A short description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


EU & UK Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in the European Union and the United Kingdom generally have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving their order.

However, in accordance with EU and UK consumer law, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.

All Fragmented Flowers products are produced on demand and are therefore excluded from the standard right of withdrawal, except in cases of defect, damage, or incorrect fulfillment.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Return shipping costs are covered by Fragmented Flowers only in cases where the error is on our side.


International Orders

For orders placed outside the European Union and the United Kingdom, returns and refunds are governed by this policy.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage, defect, or incorrect items.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable.
