General Information

Fragmented Flowers offers a selection of products that are produced on a print-on-demand basis.

All print-on-demand products are fulfilled and shipped by our production partner Printful.
Each of these items is made specifically for your order before it is shipped.

This approach allows us to avoid overproduction and work more intentionally.


Processing Time (Print-on-Demand Products)

Because print-on-demand products are made individually, processing times apply before shipping.

Typical processing time:

  • 2–5 business days

Processing includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.


Shipping Time

Shipping times vary depending on destination, product type, and local carrier conditions.

Estimated delivery times after fulfillment for print-on-demand products:

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • USA: 3–5 business days

  • International: 5–15 business days

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Costs depend on:

  • destination

  • product type

  • order size

Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.


Customs & International Orders

For international shipments, customs processing may cause additional delays.

Fragmented Flowers is not responsible for:

  • customs delays

  • additional import fees

  • duties or taxes charged by local authorities

These charges are determined by your country’s regulations.


Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

If a print-on-demand order is returned due to:

  • an incorrect or incomplete address

  • failed delivery attempts

  • unclaimed shipments

we are unable to offer a refund or free reshipment.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your print-on-demand order appears delayed or lost, please contact us at

We will work with Printful and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers or customs authorities are outside of our direct control.


Damaged Items

If a print-on-demand product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at
return@fragmentedflowers.com

Please include:

  • your order number

  • a short description of the issue

  • clear photos showing the damage

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund.


Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple print-on-demand products, items may be shipped separately.

This depends on production locations and fulfillment availability.

You will receive separate tracking information where applicable.
